Ways to Work Together
I know from experience how frustrating and overwhelming the invisible barriers of ADHD can be. It’s powerful to talk with someone who truly understands this and offers unconditional empathy — especially when you’re in self-judgment and shame.
In individual and small group sessions, I hold space where you can feel seen, understood, and accepted just as you are. Observing yourself with curiosity and compassion opens the doors to growth.
As psychologist Carl Rogers put it, “The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change."
"I've seen a lot of doctors and therapists and felt like I had to convince them. You're the only one who's really gotten me."
- Becca

Adult women are the fastest growing population to be diagnosed with ADHD. Hormonal changes strain our executive function at a time when life admin demands are high, and we find ourselves overwhelmed and feeling like failures.
Getting things done starts with psychological safety, from which we can investigate our roadblocks and experiment with new strategies. In this group, we get you and we’ve got you.
— What Clients Say —
"I never would have thought about these things if not for you. You’ve given me the tools to become the person I want to be.”
- Rob, on body image, self-acceptance, and learning to be fully authentic with others
Let’s start with a chat.
The first step is a no-obligation, zero pressure Discovery Call (via Zoom) to see if we’re a good fit for each other. You can share how ADHD is affecting you, and how you’d like to grow through coaching.
