Book a 1:1 Session or Package of 4

Coaching sessions are 50 minutes each and take place one-on-one via Zoom video conferencing. New clients typically meet weekly, though you may request another cadence.
To book, scroll down to select a package and add 1 to the cart whether you choose one session or a 4-pack (qty. 1).
At checkout, you’ll be charged for the first session only for a package but will be able to schedule the rest of your sessions ahead, if you like.
Note that the remaining sessions will auto-charge weekly until the package is paid, regardless of session frequency.
Once you’ve booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to schedule online, and I’ll email you some welcome materials before we meet.
